Price

The prices are set in Australian dollars (AUD $) and are subject to change without prior notice.

Please note that international prices may change if the currency rate changes before you place your order.

Payment

Online payments are securely made using your credit card.

Processing of orders

Orders will be processed from Monday to Friday (WA business days) and orders placed during the weekend and public holidays will be sent within 3 business days.

Return Policy

Lost in transit Item

The Gallery J accepts no liability for items lost in transit.

It is your responsibility to make sure you enter the correct delivery details. The Gallery J accepts no liability if orders are sent to the wrong address. If the order is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery at your cost.

Faulty and damaged Item

The Gallery J is not liable for items damaged during transit.

Our frames are packaged with the greatest care but sometimes things break. Please notify us within 24 hours of receipt of your package.

Keep the original packaging, and screenshots of the damaged packaging and item. I will do my best to resolve the problem. Refunds and returns will not be issued unless faulty.

Cancellation and Change of mind

Unfortunately, The Gallery J does not accept refunds and returns for change of mind at this time. If you have any issues with your purchase, please contact me.
